voestalpine High Performance Metals Colombia S.A, informs all its employees, clients, suppliers and third parties, that by virtue of what is established in the Colombian constitution, as well as what is stated in Law 1266 of 2008 (Habeas Data) and Law 1581 of 2012 (Statutory Law on Personal Data Protection) and its regulatory decrees Nos 1377 of 2013 and 886 of 2014, as holders of personal data, you have the following rights:

Know, update, delete and rectify your personal data.

Request proof of the authorization granted.

Be informed, upon request, regarding the use you have given your personal data

After complaint or consultation, submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the applicable legal regulations.

Revoke the authorization and / or request the deletion of the data when the treatment does not respect the principles, rights and constitutional and legal guarantees.

Likewise, it is state that:

1. The information that has been collected prior to the expedition of the law, has been and will continue to be used solely and exclusively for the purposes that it was provided by its owner.

2. BOHLER UDDEHOLM COLOMBIA S.A., has never given the databases containing this information to third parties without your express prior authorization, and will not do so in the future, except: (i) the legal exceptions set forth in Articles 2 and 10 of Law 1581 of 2012. (ii) That the information is delivered to a third party agent or legal representative, for collection management activities, in which case, the agent shall be obliged to comply with the same obligations set forth in this document with respect to the treatment of the information by way of assignment. (iii) the exceptions set forth in the law which are not applicable, Articles 2 and 10 of Law 1581 of 2012.

3. BOHLER UDDEHOLM COLOMBIA S.A., will jealously guard and watch over such information, and for this purpose the necessary security measures have been implemented to prevent the information from being used by other unauthorized persons and/or for purposes other than those for which it was provided.

4. That the owner of the information may at any time know, update, rectify, expand or delete the personal information provided, for which he/she may submit a written request directly to proteccion.datos@bohlercolombia.com.

5. That BOHLER UDDEHOLM COLOMBIA S.A., has implemented new policies for the treatment of information that respond efficiently to the requirements of Law 1581 of 2012 and its Decree 1377 of 2013, which can be consulted on our website: http://www.bohlercolombia.com/ or may be requested directly to our email: proteccion.datos@bohlercolombia.com

6. That with this notice it is understood that from the moment of delivery of the information and until otherwise stated by the owner of the same, by the means indicated in this notice, BOHLER UDDEHOLM COLOMBIA S.A., is authorized to process the information, as responsible or in charge, as the case may be.

With this communication BOHLER UDDEHOLM COLOMBIA S.A., complies with all the requirements of Law 1266 of 2008, Law 1581 of 2012 and its Decree 1377 of 2013.
